This sector is highly competitive and amazingly complex. outstanding new technologies are being invented at a very fast pace, allowing for the development of new treatments that go further every year, including cancer treatments, rare diseases, etc.

That's also why we will implement a fully digitalized, end-to-end paperless process, which will be a strong competitive advantage in comparison to the industry standards that still remains very paper-based, mainly because of the strong regulations in place in this industry.

 We're on the lookout for a talented and creative Apprentice Graphic / Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. In this versatile role, your main activities will include:

  • Collaborating on diverse digital projects, including website design, document creation, and event and fair preparations.
  • Working on content creation projects focused on explaining our processes and promoting the company. This involves film making, project coordination, video editing, montage, and creating impactful advertisements.
  • Bringing innovative ideas to the table for visual storytelling, leveraging your skills in graphic design and motion graphics to enhance our brand's visual appeal.

 The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a graphic design, motion design, multimedia, or related degree program and looking for an apprenticeship.
  • Strong creative skills with a good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and motion graphics.
  • Some experience (school or personal project) in design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Keen attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

 Nice-to-have qualifications:

  • Experience with 3D animation or interactive design.
  • Knowledge of current trends in digital media, social media, and advertising.
  • An understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
