Our Leadership
Dimitri Woronoff, CEO
Dimitri brings a wealth of experience from Belgium's thriving pharmaceutical industry.
His journey began with managing investment projects and optimizing manufacturing lines, which soon led him to the CDMO sector.
Over the years, he played key roles in development projects at major companies like GSK and Baxter Bioscience.
In 2015, Dimitri channeled his expertise and entrepreneurial spirit into founding White Raven, aiming to bridge the gap in small-batch manufacturing for clinical trials. His leadership is defined by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and creating a work environment where his team can truly thrive
Joachim Vereecke, COO
Joachim's career in engineering began with a focus on mechanical engineering and automation.
His work with Baxter, Catalent, and Takeda in the pharmaceutical industry sharpened his expertise in aseptic manufacturing and continuous improvement.
In 2022, Joachim joined Dimitri to help shape White Raven.
As COO, he is dedicated to enhancing efficiency and quality, aiming for GMP certification and scaling production.
His leadership combines trust and flexibility, empowering his team to achieve impactful results.
Johan Lambersens, CTO
Johan's career in IT and digital transformation began in France, with a focus on CRM projects at ROLEX.
After five successful years, he founded his own company, working with top pharma clients like Novasep and Sartorius.
Recognizing the need for digital innovation in the industry, Johan joined forces with Dimitri to create White Raven.
As CTO, he leads the charge in modernizing pharma processes, using agile methods to foster collaboration and drive efficiency.
