These terms govern the submission of information through the White Raven Instant Quotation Form. By submitting this form, you agree to the following conditions.

The information you provide through this form will be used solely by White Raven for the purpose of evaluating your project requirements and preparing a quotation for contract development and manufacturing services (CDMO). This includes contacting you to clarify technical details, present the quotation, and discuss potential collaboration.

White Raven treats all information submitted through this form as confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your prior written consent, except to our employees, agents, or professional advisors who need access to prepare your quotation, and who are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as restrictive as these terms.
3. No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share the data collected through this form with any third party for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose unrelated to quote preparation.
4. Consent to Contact
By submitting this form, you consent to being contacted by White Raven representatives via the email address, phone number, or other contact details you provide, solely for purposes related to your quotation request, including quote preparation, presentation, and follow-up discussions.
5. Data Retention
Your information will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of preparing and presenting your quotation. If no business relationship is established, your data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow for potential future inquiries, after which it will be securely deleted upon request.
6. No Obligation
Submitting this form does not create any binding obligation on either party to enter into a business relationship. The quotation provided is for informational purposes and is subject to further negotiation and formal agreement.
7. Intellectual Property

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from the use of this form shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
