That's also why we will implement a fully digitalized, end-to-end paperless process, which will be a strong competitive advantage in comparison to the industry standards that still remains very paper-based, mainly because of the strong regulations in place in this industry.
To make this happen, we are looking for an Apprentice Odoo (ERP) Developer. In this role, you'll join our Digital team and be involved in the following tasks:
- Developing and customizing Odoo modules according to business needs.
- Working closely with our business analysts to understand and implement ERP requirements.
- Testing and deploying new Odoo features and updates.
- Assisting in the integration of Odoo with other systems and platforms within the company.
- Documenting Odoo configurations and customizations for future reference and training purposes.
- Participating in daily scrum meetings to update progress and discuss challenges.
Your profile should match the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a computer science or information technology program and seeking an apprenticeship.
- Strong interest in ERP systems, particularly Odoo.
- Basic understanding of Python and other relevant programming languages.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn about new technologies and business processes.
- Proficiency in English and willingness to collaborate with international teams.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Prior experience or exposure to Odoo or other ERP systems.
- Track record (internship, school project, personal project, etc…) for the main technologies to be used: Odoo / PostgreSQL / Python / HTML / Javascript / XML
- Familiarity with databases and server management.
- Understanding of business processes in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical context.
