That's also why we will implement a fully digitalized, end-to-end paperless process, which will be a strong competitive advantage in comparison to the industry standards that still remains very paper-based, mainly because of the strong regulations in place in this industry.
To enhance our digital presence, we are seeking an Apprentice Web Designer. In this creative and technical role, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, creating, and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly web pages.
- Collaborating closely with graphic designers and marketing managers to align web design with specific objectives such as engagement, increasing visits, effective advertising, and SEO optimization.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to website design or functionality.
- Actively participating in the development and implementation of our digital strategy, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a web design, graphic design, or related degree program and looking for an apprenticeship.
- A strong understanding of web design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Proficient in web design tools and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite).
- An ability to work effectively in a team and communicate ideas clearly.
- A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
- An interest in digital marketing and understanding its role in web design.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Previous experience or familiarity with Odoo website editor and other Odoo modules.
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
- Basic knowledge of digital analytics and SEO best practices.
